Magical Starberry Apothecary is a disabled-owned small business dedicated to creating handcrafted herbal bundles, ritual kits, gifts, and intentional self-care products.
Many of our products are made in small batches with the help of disabled community members and collaborators. Because our items are handcrafted, slight variations in appearance, size, color, and botanical materials are normal and part of the uniqueness of handmade goods.

Because many items contain natural herbs, flowers, botanicals, crystals, and handcrafted elements, individual products may vary slightly from product photos.
Natural variations do not constitute defects.

Orders
Orders are generally processed within 3-7 business days.
During holidays, product launches, sales, harvest seasons, severe weather, or unexpected circumstances, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Policy
Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our direct control.

Return and Refund Policy

- Unused products
- Unworn products
- Undamaged inventory
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must:
- Be in original condition
- Be unused
- Be unopened where applicable
- Include original packaging whenever possible
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened herbal products
- Used smoke cleansing bundles
- Burned candles
- Used ritual items
- Customized products
- Personalized products
- Subscription shipments already used or opened
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged
- The error was made by us
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- Photos of products
- Photos of packaging

Subscription Policy
Subscription services automatically renew until canceled.
Subscribers may cancel at any time before the next billing date.
Orders already processed for shipment may not be canceled or refunded once fulfillment has begun.
Subscription pricing and contents may occasionally change due to ingredient availability, seasonal offerings, or supplier costs. Customers will be notified of significant changes whenever possible.
Availability & Substitutions
Because we work with natural botanicals and seasonal ingredients, occasional substitutions may be necessary.
If a substitution is required, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an item of similar quality, purpose, and value.
